Linking and integration process (second phase of e-invoicing)

The linking and integration process (the second phase of e-invoicing) is the process of linking taxpayers' billing systems with the ZTA's "Fatora" platform, and requires the issuance of electronic invoices in a specific format. This phase is gradually applied to groups of taxpayers based on the size of their annual revenues

Objectives of the second phase:

Linking billing systems: Linking taxpayers' billing systems to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority's systems.
Issuing electronic invoices: Issuing electronic invoices in a specific format that is compliant with the Authority's requirements

Promote transparency: Increase transparency in business and tax transactions. 

Data accuracy: Improving the accuracy of data related to tax transactions
